This Privacy Policy explains how ATCODE LLC (“ATCODE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with BlueCollar, including the mobile application, related websites, and support services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, BlueCollar may collect or process:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, authentication identifiers, company name, and role.
  • Business and job information: customer names, contact details, addresses, job descriptions, schedules, notes, reports, assignments, materials, and completion records.
  • Uploaded content: job photos, receipts, reports, company logos, and other files you choose to upload.
  • Communications: support requests, feedback, and records associated with messages initiated through the service.
  • Subscription information: plan status, purchase platform, renewal status, and entitlement information. Payment-card details are generally processed by Apple, Stripe, or another payment provider rather than stored directly by BlueCollar.
  • Technical information: device type, operating-system version, app version, diagnostic events, security information, approximate network information, and usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure BlueCollar, authenticate users, create company workspaces, manage permissions, support scheduling and job workflows, process subscriptions, communicate with users, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and improve the service.

3. Company administrators and other users

BlueCollar is designed for company workspaces. Owners or authorized administrators may control membership, roles, permissions, company settings, and access to information inside their workspace. Information entered by an employee or customer may be visible to the company that invited or authorized that user.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email delivery, messaging, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and payments. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms as applicable. Current or planned providers may include Apple, Expo, Supabase, Twilio, Stripe, RevenueCat, Netlify, Cloudflare, and email-delivery providers.

5. When information may be shared

We may share information with the company workspace you belong to, with service providers needed to operate BlueCollar, at your direction, in connection with a business transfer, or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or enforce agreements. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and controlling access to their devices and company accounts.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain information by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or legitimate business reasons. Company-controlled information may require coordination with the applicable company administrator.

9. Children

BlueCollar is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as BlueCollar changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
